TAB-Slab™ is the first worldwide solution for free-spanning multi-storey floors reinforced solely with steel fibres with column grids up to 10 by 10 meters.
With an increased fibre dosage rate (up to 100 kg/m³), it is possible to achieve full ductility of the steel fibre reinforced concrete including strain-hardening and thus obtain an equivalent bearing behaviour similar to traditionally reinforced concrete. The concrete mix design for TAB-Slab™ solutions has been developed so that the steel fibre reinforced concrete remains fully pumpable and is virtually self-levelling and self-compacting.
Today over 40 project references in major European countries are available. Among these is the Rocca Tower, a 17 storey office building in Estonia.
