Undulated fibre
TABIX has been designed such from the point of view of amplitude and wave length that the workability is good for aspect ratios up to 45 and remains satisfactory for aspect ratios up to 60.
Advantages
- Excellent shrinkage control
- Slower loss of bearing capacity immediately after the initial cracking, then most of the other fibre types on the market
- Higher pull-out resistance from the concrete matrix
These features make TABIX especially suited for jointless industrial floors and for structural applications. TABIX needs a well compacted medium - to high - strength concrete to develop its full performance.
- Lengths in the range of 35 to 60 mm
- Diameters from 0.9 to 1.3 mm
- Tensile wire strength from 900 to 1450 MPa
