    TAB-Raft™

An original solution for rafts

General foundation slabs or rafts are structural elements which support the entire superstructure instead of traditional line or plot foundations.

As a failure of the raft would have significant consequences for the whole structure, safety is of course a major concern. TAB-Raft™ solutions meet this concern without any problem; by providing the foundation slab good and uniform ductility with multiple moment redistribution facilities.

Raft solutions are designed in detail on a case by case basis by our engineers in order to offer our customers the best technical and most economical solution available in steel fibre reinforced concrete. Typical fibre dosage rates for TAB-Raft™ are between 40 and 60 kg/m³.
